The top layer of the skin, the epidermis, is subject to a continuous cell renewal process approximately every 28 days. As new cells are formed, old cells are discarded and they gradually peel off. Using a body scrub can help with this process and remove dead cells by exfoliation. The main ingredient in our natural body scrub is BIO coconut oil which, along with Epsom salt, Dead Sea salt and raspberry seeds, helps to cleanse the skin. 

Epsom salt is rich in magnesium sulphate and has numerous health and skin benefits. It stimulates blood circulation, soothes irritated skin and is known for its anti-inflammatory effects which reduce redness and irritation of the skin. The epsom salt contains skin friendly minerals that keep the skin clean and healthy.

For centuries, Dead Sea salt has been known for its healing and relaxing effects. It contains important minerals and trace elements such as iron, sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, bromine, iodine, sulphur, copper and chlorides that soothe the skin and stimulate the cell renewal process. Dead Sea Salt supports the healing process in skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, acne and also helps with many other problems.

Coconut oil combines all the components of the scrub and nourishes the skin. It provides plenty of vitamin E for softer skin, stimulates the healing process, and repairs damaged skin. Our certified organic coconut oil is imported specially from Sri Lanka and is pressed at temperatures below 45 ° C. It has similar hydrating properties to cocoa butter along with additional antibacterial properites. It also contains fatty acids like caprylic acid and lauric acid, which keep the skin clean and healthy.

Store in a dry and dark place away from direct sunlight. We recommend storing all products at temperatures below 22 °C.      

Use

Apply body scrub 1 to 2 times a week. Scrub the skin on your face, neck and shoulders and then rinse thoroughly with water. After a great scrub, it is important to moisturize and nourish the skin. Right after the scrub, the skin is able to absorb a lot of nutrients. After rinsing the skin, apply a hydrating natural facial cream, oil, or body butter. Our peelings are suitable for skin treatment on the whole body.
