We recommend that you dilute this oil blend with massage oil or body lotion and rub into painful areas that are causing you pain. Alternatively, a few drops in a warm bath can be effective too.

Our massage oil blend not only soothes aching muscles, tendons and joints, but also reduces swelling, tones the skin and restores local blood circulation - promoting muscle tissue healing and relieving skin redness.

Use

Add 6 to 10 drops of this massage oil to 100 ml of massage oil or body lotion and blend. Massage into painful areas. Alternatively, add a few drops to a warm bath.
